TamGu Grill Cebu - Fresh Kinilaw

For some reason, fresh uncooked food is quite appealing to some people. I'm not that fond of it, but Kinilaw na Tangigue is a popular Cebuano delicacy. For this reason, Kinilaw is also served in TamGu grill
